The goal of this virtual inSPIRE™ journey is to give you daily, bite-size considerations, in an intentional format. Week one has 7 daily entries to help you consider wellness and wholeness in your personal Spiritual life, in light of God’s model and instruction through Scripture. The following 4 weeks provide daily considerations for your Physical, Intellectual, Relational, and Emotional well-being, respectively. At the end of each day you will end with two questions to help you apply that day’s entry to your own life. Answer them or ask and answer your own questions!
Be reminded that this is your journey with God, and nothing you uncover will be a shock to him. So be free and be honest in your self-assessments on this, your virtual inSPIRE™ journey.
Keep in mind that the image of the SPIRE reminds us that our lives have a purposeful direction, and point not just to someTHING, but someONE. The goal of our Christian life is to become increasingly more like the God in whose image we were created, and point others to Him. Examine your life from that perspective.
You can take this journey alone, but the illustration of mountain peaks reminds us that the greatest glory comes in a community of other spires. Different heights and widths, different colours and shades. I encourage you to consider getting a small group of trusted companions together once a week, to get the most from this journey.
